Swimming in Dollar Bills
While money shouldn’t be the driving force for entrepreneurs, it’s definitely a great reward! I haven’t met a single person who hasn’t wanted to make millions of dollars doing what they love. However, I have noticed through building relationships and networking with millionaires that many of them share numerous vital characteristics.
In this article, I’m going to share 5 reasons why you aren’t a millionaire yet so that you can overcome these barriers and make your wildest dreams come true:
1. You’re Living In Fear
Millionaires do get scared, but they are the masters of their fears. It’s okay to be terrified, but you cannot let that fear run your life. Every millionaire has done something that has scared them or made them feel uncomfortable, but that hasn’t stopped them from doing it. It’s okay to be scared as long as you make a commitment to overcome your fears!
2. You Let Others Run Your Life For You
Do you have a boss? Are you responsible for getting somewhere at a certain time? Do others have a bigger say in your life than you do? If you answered yes to any of these questions, don’t worry. More than 90% of society would answer yes to many of these questions as well. In order to be financially successful, you need to take control of your own life. Create your own job, responsibilities and delegations.
3. You Think, But Don’t Act
Action is the single-most important thing you must do to be successful. A billion dollar idea is worth nothing if it’s only an idea. Execution is 99% of the game while ideas are just 1% of it. If you want to make a lot of money and be successful, you need to take action. It’s easier said than done, but you cannot be a millionaire unless you put your money where your mouth is.
4. You Don’t Know How To Manage Money
You can make a lot of money and still fail to become a millionaire. Unfortunately, making money is sometimes the easiest battle people have. Managing that money and keeping it is even more difficult. Thousands of profession athletes that make millions of dollars over their careers go broke shortly after they retire. It’s simply because they haven’t mastered the art of managing money. Millionaires not only spend wisely, but they make their money work from them. They understand that time is the only commodity you cannot get back in life so they make sure that make money without spending too much time.
5. You Don’t Want It Bad Enough
Unfortunately, if you really want to be successful – you’ll go after it. If you don’t want it bad enough, you cannot ever expect yourself to become a millionaire. The average millionaire works 60 hours a week and you must put in a ton of effort in order to be successful. The next time you think about a million bucks, ask yourself what you’re willing to do for it.
Through my own experiences in the entrepreneurial world and networking with millionaire/billionaire entrepreneurs, I quickly learned the art of achieving massive success. In this article, I shared 5 reasons why you aren’t a millionaire yet.
